Farrell Family Farms Events – Workshop & Event Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in this workshop or event, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure my safety and the safety of all participants:

1. Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that my participation in the Wildflower Arranging Workshop is entirely voluntary. I understand that activities will include walking on uneven terrain, handling cutting tools and flowers, interacting with farm animals, and consuming food or drink offered during the event.

2. Assumption of Risk

I am aware that participation in a farm-based workshop involves inherent risks including, but not limited to: trips, slips, falls, insect bites, allergic reactions, weather exposure, interaction with goats and other animals, and minor cuts or scrapes caused by tools or plant materials.
I voluntarily accept all risks associated with my participation and agree to assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or illness that may occur.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Farrell Family Farms, LLC, Hilltop Flower Co., and all respective owners, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, arising from my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Alcohol (BYOB) Acknowledgment

This is a Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) event. By choosing to bring or consume alcohol, I certify that I am at least 21 years old, will consume alcohol responsibly, and agree that the hosts and partners bear no responsibility for any incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.

5. Children and Guests

If I bring children or additional guests, I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for their safety, conduct, and compliance with the terms of this waiver at all times.

6. Media Release (Optional)

I understand that photographs and video footage may be captured during the event for use in promotional materials and social media. I acknowledge my right to withhold consent for the use of my or my guests' images by notifying event staff prior to or during the event.

7. Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the organizers and their agents to seek necessary medical attention on my behalf and agree to assume all associated costs of such treatment.

8. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farrell Family Farms, LLC, Hilltop Flower Co., and their representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of my actions, the actions of any guests I bring, or my participation in the event.
